1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the KingFood website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. KingFood reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Use of Service

• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information up to date.
• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
• Reselling, scraping, or automated access to the Service without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders placed through KingFood are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. KingFood accepts payment via MoMo, VNPay, ZaloPay, credit card with VietQR, and cash on delivery (COD). Payment is due at the time of order placement for digital methods. KingFood reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Delivery & Cancellation

Delivery is available within designated zones in Ho Chi Minh City. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or demand. Once an order has been confirmed and preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible. If a cancellation is accepted, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. KingFood is not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events outside its reasonable control.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of KingFood or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. User-submitted content (such as reviews) grants KingFood a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KingFood and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to KingFood in the three months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

8. Changes to Terms

KingFood may revise these Terms of Service at any time by updating this page. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
